Roller Length

The suitable length of the roller should be selected according to the width of the product (length of roller surface, indicated by W). For straight conveying, calculate according to the formula below:

W = B + ΔB

Where:
B    – width of goods
ΔB  – width allowance, typically 50 ~ 150mm

For goods with a very hard, sturdy base, where safety and normal conveying is not compromised, the width of the goods may exceed the length of the roller i.e. W≥0.8B
